Prior to your first visit, please notify your insurance carrier that you are changing your primary care provider to a doctor in our practice group. Once you are a patient of our practice, you may see any doctor here, but we encourage you to select a primary doctor from our group and see him/her for all of your visits here to maximize the continuity and quality of your care.
