If you have had any symptoms related to COVID-19 in the last 10 days, you will be required to have a negative PCR COVID test in order to be seen in one of our offices. For testing sites near you, please click here. We continue to offer telemedicine (virtual) visits via telephone and video if you cannot be seen in-person.
Please Note: You are responsible to check with your insurance carrier first to see what out-of-pocket expenses you may have (co-pay, high deductible).

COVID-19
Treatment

If you have had COVID symptoms for 5 days or less and have had a positive COVID test (PCR/NAAT or Rapid Antigen) during this time, you may be eligible for oral antiviral therapy (pills which must be prescribed and picked up at a pharmacy).

If you have had COVID symptoms for 5-10 days and have had a positive COVID test (PCR/NAAT or Rapid Antigen) in this time, you may be eligible for monoclonal antibody infusion therapy (intravenous medicine administered at a health facility).

Please Note: There are limited appointments available each day. Antibody infusions are prioritized by the Kaleida staff for administration to the highest risk patients. Telemedicine appointment times are populated 12 hours prior to the actual appointment time, and this is updated hourly. If there are no times displayed when you select the link, check back each hour.

Local Availability of COVID-19 Vaccine

COVID-19 vaccines are now widely available in our community, so our UBMD Primary Care sites are currently not providing COVID-19 vaccines. We recommend you check with community locations (i.e. pharmacies) for current vaccine availability.
