Our Primary Care Services
- Our physicians practice the full scope of Family Medicine including Pediatrics, Adolescent Medicine, Adult Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, and Gynecology and Obstetrics
- Inpatient services as well as Obstetrical services are provided at Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital
- The physicians are all Board Certified in Family Medicine
- In addition, they are all faculty members of SUNY at Buffalo in the Department of Family Medicine

Office Policies
- We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment.
- We require 24 hours notice for refills and will not refill meds called in after 3:00pm until the next business day.
- Controlled substance refills require an appointment with your provider.
- We require 10 days for completion of paperwork.
- Copayments are due at the time of the visit. If you don’t have insurance, payments must be made at the time of the visit unless an acceptable payment arrangement has been made.
- Most insurances accepted, call office for confirmation.
